Job Purpose :a) Provide support for the company's daily IT infrastructure support, provide technical support for the stable, correct, reliable, and flexible operation of the business, and ensure the smooth operation of the staff.b) According to the requirements of 21CRF Part 11 regulations, GxP pharmaceutical industry quality management standards and internal control quality standards, manage the operation of the enterprise IT team he/she leads.Key Accountabilities :- Responsible for monitoring network performances and troubleshooting network outages and problems to ensure service accessibility. - Provide administrations on company core IT infrastructure systems, such as Active Directory, VMware, File server, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, etc. to ensure IT services availability and security.- Monitor network performances and troubleshoot network outages and problems to ensure service accessibility. - Provide IT-related education and training to users.- Troubleshoot and support end-user-side hardware, software, application systems, and peripherals problems. Design and enforce end-user security policies. Configure internal systems. - Perform routine patching and maintenance; Collaborate with network architects on service optimization, upgrade, and new network/server environment setup. - Perform data backup/restore to ensure data integrity and compliance. - Identify IT operation problems and drive continuous improvements.- Manage the required IT documents as per the company's IT SOPs.- Represent the company's IT in the audit of customers- Collaborate with IT POCs from different company locations to ensure the company's requirements are met.- Maintain IT infrastructure in the respective location.- Maintain the Helpdesk platform.- Maintain DRP/BCP for the respective location.- Work and manage the company's IT vendors as appropriate.Skill : - Possess, or have the ability to develop quickly, the following knowledge and skills:- Computer Infrastructure Management Qualifications:- Solid knowledge of core IT infrastructure networking (Data Center, WAN/LAN network, Wi-Fi, VLAN, TCP/IP, cloud computing with AWS/Azure).- Familiar with computers and servers' hardware, modern storage technologies, and products.- Familiar with core IT infrastructure systems, such as Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint, and Database management. - Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 cloud service deployment and management.- Able to troubleshoot both end-user and system issues independently.- Able to work on Virtualization technologies skills with VMware.- Experienced in following IT audits, system validation, regulatory compliance, and general QA processes.- Application System validation Qualifications (Preferred but not required)- Familiar with Microsoft Visual Basic.NET, PowerShell, C#, SQL Server; IIS, ASP.NET, SAS- Proactive in handling IT requirements, working independently & efficiently.
