Technical Project Manager Experience : 6 - 8 YearsLocation : BangaloreNotice Period : 0 - 30 daysSkills :- Experience in projects for technical solution enhancement, designing, migration and implementation - Experience in end to end implementation of IT project. - Experience in Agile. - Exposure in SDLC. Any of the following certification : Prince, Prince2, ITIL, CSM, SafeAgilistJob Description :- Min 3+ Yrs Experience in project like Data Analytics, AI, ML, Cloud, Datawarehouse, Data Model, Supply Chain, SAP/ERP, Finance, Digital Transformation or IT Applications is required. - Deliver complex programmes with multiple business and technical risks that will impact the success of key business priorities- Define and track performance against stakeholder and business KPIs- Create and track a plan to deliver the programme goals including the technical implementation plan owning the release plan and stakeholder communication and weekly Governance- Understand trade-offs in software delivery using experience and influencing skills to drive consensus with the Engineering and Product teams to obtain the best value and solution- Able to foresee potential risks and issues establish a process facilitate discussions and manage escalations- Able to understand a technical architecture to be able to foresee the impact on dependencies delivery timelines and implementation plans- Act on opportunities to adopt trends and new concepts in programme and product delivery- Have good knowledge of System Software and Data engineering and implementations best practices to appreciate delivery challenges- Understand technology concepts grasp new ones quickly and appreciate their implications on delivery- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to define annual budgetary requirements- Build positive relationships with stakeholders to deliver software or professional services.- Contribute actively to TPM community- Engagement with business approvals with Change boards etc. Running daily/weekly stand up with different teams.Qualifications :- Programme Methodologies - Managing Risk - Programme Governance - Business Awareness - Communicating and Influencing - Data Analytics and insight - Strategic thinking and problem solving - Finance and Procurement - Embracing and Enabling Change (ref:hirist.tech)
