Position : SOFTWARE ENGINEER III - FULL STACK Location : HYDERABAD (Hybrid)Duration : Full time, PermanentResponsibilities :As a Software Engineer III, you will be part of Ideation to Creation of AI-enabled products and solutions. The Software Engineer will be working with the product management and development team having a direct contribution to the product. Out of the box thinking, Innovation, technology leadership and networking are critical success factors for this role. The Software Engineer III will continuously work with product management, business analysts and the development team.- Defining, managing and continuously improving architectural design for the product- Mentoring the team members on new tech trends and establishing a team-wide comprehension of solution design, standard coding practices and architectural guidelines- Solving critical business problems by conceptualizing on solutions and technology proof of concepts (POCs)- Leading innovation and inspiring the team to innovate; Maintaining strong expertise and knowledge of current and emerging technologies and products- Champion quality deliverables, agile best practices, processes, and tools; Effectively balance guiding and execution; participate in coding Guiding and reviewing solution and technology aspects of the team's deliverables- Collaborating effectively with peers- Comes with a product mind on how to create the roadmap of a product, experience developing it further and have the vision of scaling it up within the current tech stack- Working with project team members to gather, assess & organize business requirements- Driving the creation of re-usable tools and libraries- Performing research for viable technical and/or non-technical solutions, evaluating new tools and technology that could be used to fulfill business needs- Participating in the estimation and planning of the product- Communicating with stakeholders and customers to manage expectations.Work Experience :- Bachelors/Master's degree in IT, Computer science, or related field.- 4 to 6 years of software development, with at least 2-4 years of development experience with enterprise-grade applications.- Additional weightage for contributions made to open source projects, blogs, forums, etc. in relevant technologies- Demonstrated skills in advising/influencing solution stakeholders- Experience leading and inspiring software solution development teams- Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies (primarily .Net) and exposure to a breadth of technical areas across platforms, form factors, devices, languages, databases, distributed computing, etc. - Exposure to Open Source Technologies would be an added advantage- Solid understanding of the practical application of agile methodologies and leading software development teams in an Agile/Lean environment. - Experience working with a sync programming and messaging systems- Strong bias towards writing highly maintainable code and tests, applying SOLID design principles.- Experience in applying Domain Driven Design concepts- Proven track record with rapid development cycles and demanding schedules- Excellent troubleshooting skills- Experience with automated environments, methodologies and frameworks.Required Functional/ Technical Skills :Proficient in the following Frameworks, Technologies and Tools : - Application development patterns - OOPS, TDD, BDD- Languages -JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3, C#, TypeScript- Web Frameworks - ASP.Net Core 6, WEB API, - Frontend framework/libraries - Angular, React, High Chart- RDBMS Database technologies - MS SQL Server, MySQL- Build systems - Grunt and Gulp- Version control - GIT, SVN- Package managers - nuget, npm and bower- ORM - NHibernate, EFCore, Dapper- Third-party visualization libraries - HighCharts or D3- Agile/Scrum/XP/Iterative application development approaches.- Skills for developing, deploying and debugging cloud applications.- Experience writing code for serverless applications (ref:hirist.tech)
