Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Implementation Manager to oversee the successful deployment and integration of our company's products and solutions for new customers. In this role, you will lead the deployment process, ensuring seamless implementation, configuration, and adoption of our offerings while meeting customer requirements and timelines. Responsibilities : - Manage the end-to-end product deployment lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. - Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and engineering teams to gather customer requirements, understand their technical environments, and develop detailed deployment plans. - Coordinate and oversee the installation, configuration, and customization of our products and solutions to meet customer-specific needs and integrate with existing systems. - Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of deployed solutions to ensure compliance with functional and non-functional requirements. - Develop and execute comprehensive training plans to enable customer teams to effectively use and maintain the deployed products. - Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to customers during and after the deployment process, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. - Manage knowledge transfer and documentation, ensuring customers have access to up-to-date user manuals, technical guides, and best practices. - Continuously improve deployment processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and service level agreements (SLAs) during deployments. - Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders, escalating concerns as necessary. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - 2-4 years of experience in technical implementation, deployment, or product integration roles. - Strong understanding of software installation, configuration, and customization processes. - Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple deployments simultaneously and prioritize effectively. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Experience with project management tools and techniques (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project). - Proficiency in technical writing and documentation. - Ability to travel as required for on-site customer deployments.
