Description:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Basis Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in SAP Basis implementation and support, with a strong understanding of system performance and best practices.Job Description :Key Responsibilities :Implementation Projects :- Lead and participate in at least two SAP implementation projects.- Ensure successful deployment and integration of SAP solutions.Application Management Services (AMS) :- Provide expertise and support in at least 2-3 AMS projects within the SAP Basis domain.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain optimal system performance and uptime.SAP ECC and MS SQL :- Demonstrate willingness to work on SAP ECC and provide necessary support.- Utilize working knowledge of SAP on MS SQL to enhance system efficiency and performance.Team Guidance and Support :- Support and guide the AEL SAP Basis team to improve system performance.- Establish and enforce best practices for system maintenance and performance optimization.Infrastructure and Performance Management :- Act as the main point of contact for SAP infrastructure needs.- Collaborate with DBAs to ensure system uptime and performance.- Implement best practices for landscape management to enhance overall system efficiency.Qualifications :Experience :- 3 to 10 years of experience in SAP Basis implementation and support.- Proven track record of leading at least two SAP implementation projects.- Significant exposure to 2-3 AMS projects in the SAP Basis domain.Technical Skills :- Strong understanding of SAP ECC.- Working knowledge of SAP on MS SQL is an added advantage.- Expertise in system performance optimization and maintenance best practices.Professional Attributes :- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables efficiently.- Effective leadership and team collaboration skills.
