Job Title : Pega Developer Location : Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore & ChennaiType : C2H Minimum Exp : 4+ yearsMust : 2-3 years of hands-on development experience in Pega AFTER CSSA certificationJob Description : Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.- Customize and configure Pega applications to meet specific business needs within the finance domain.- Ensure that Pega applications are aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications.- Analytical Thinking: Acquiring understanding of a problem or situation by breaking it down systematically into its component parts and identifying the relationships.- Persistence: Meeting targets and fulfilling agreements even when adverse circumstances prevail.- Attention to Detail: Applying quality standards to all tasks undertaken and ensuring that nothing is overlooked Knowledge :- Expert in Application Development Methods, Techniques and Standards- Proficient in the application of automated systems.- Proficient in Applications Development Tools.- Knowledge of SDLC.- Good working knowledge of the structure & role of IT functions.- Appreciates the importance of commercial constraints.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Pega development.- Strong experience in the finance domain, with a solid understanding of financial systems, processes, and regulations.- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or higher certification.- Proficiency in Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and related tools.Preferred Qualifications :- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Experience with Pega 8.x versions.- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
