We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing development team. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications, integrations, and automations on the Salesforce platform. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce declarative and programmatic tools, along with your front-end development expertise, to create robust and user-friendly solutions that optimize our Salesforce instance and drive business value.Responsibilities :- Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using declarative tools (Process Builder, Flows, Workflows, Lightning App Builder) to automate business processes and improve user experience.- Develop custom functionalities using Salesforce platform programming languages (Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Apex) to extend Salesforce capabilities beyond out-of-the-box features.- Utilize SOQL and SOSL for efficient data manipulation and retrieval within the Salesforce platform.- Implement robust security measures and data governance practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of Salesforce data.- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using industry standard APIs and integration tools.- Design and develop user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (jQuery, Angular, React, Knockout JS) to create intuitive and responsive user experiences within Salesforce.- Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.- Collaborate with business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Document technical specifications, configurations, and code for ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the Salesforce platform and related technologies.- Provide ongoing support and guidance to Salesforce users on custom functionalities and best practices.Qualifications :- Bachelor's/Master's degree- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Consultant, or a similar role with a focus on Salesforce development.- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce declarative development tools (Process Builder, Flows, Workflows, Lightning App Builder).- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce platform programming languages (Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Apex, SOQL, SOSL).- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Force.com platform functionalities.- Strong experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with at least one front-end framework (jQuery, Angular, React, Knockout JS) is preferred.- Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I Certifications (required).- Experience with Salesforce security best practices and data governance principles.- Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce deployments.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
