Description:
Summary :We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. You will play a key role in customizing and extending the Salesforce platform to automate workflows, improve functionality, and optimize user experience. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and other stakeholders to design and implement innovative Salesforce solutions.Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain custom applications, functionalities, and integrations using Salesforce Apex and Visualforce.- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Design and develop custom objects, fields, record types, and validation rules.- Build complex workflows and processes using Salesforce Flow and Apex triggers.- Integrate Salesforce with other business applications using APIs and tools like Heroku Connect or MuleSoft (a plus).- Develop unit tests and implement test-driven development practices.- Debug and troubleshoot Salesforce code and applications.- Optimize code performance and ensure code maintainability.- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce development tools and technologies (Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, etc.).- Document code clearly and concisely for future reference.- Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Qualifications :- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role.- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, development tools (Apex, Visualforce), and best practices.- Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and principles.- Experience with data manipulation and querying using SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language).- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Salesforce DX) (a plus).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Passion for technology and continuous learning (ref:hirist.tech)
