Primary Skill set :- Drools and Java (Spring Framework)- Developing rules engines using the DROOLS framework.- Working in Agile environment.- Complete work items assigned for release.- Developing using Java Spring.- Deploying web applications into Cloud environment.- Building RESTful Webservices.- Develop in Eclipse-based IDEs.- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications using Drools rule engine for business rule management and automation.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define rule logic, and implement complex business rules using Drools.- Optimize and refactor existing codebase to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability of Drools-based applications.- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Drools rules and related Java code to ensure accuracy and efficiency.- Document rule changes, development processes, and provide technical support for rule engine implementation and integration with other systems.Required Skills :- Two or more years of large scale DROOLS rules engine implementation experience.- Two or more years working with the Java Spring Integration framework.- Five or more years of Java development experience.- Five or more years of experience developing RESTful Web Services.- Experience with Eclipse IDE, or similar.- Successful candidate works well in a self-directed manner, but is also able to work effectively with others in a highly collaborative development environment (ref:hirist.tech)
