This position is suited for individuals who are passionate about hands-on coding and possess a deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet both technical and business requirements. Responsibilities :- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the software development team, driving best practices, code quality, and architectural decisions.- Design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions that are scalable, efficient, and robust, using appropriate technologies and methodologies.- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and performance optimization. Implement and advocate for automated testing and continuous integration practices.- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing innovative and effective solutions promptly.- Lead and participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define and implement innovative solutions.Requirements :- Extensive experience of 7-8 years in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack development.- Proven track record of working with SaaS platforms, with a deep understanding of their architecture and operations, particularly in the context of Laravel.- Extensive experience with PHP development, with Laravel as a framework and a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principle- Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery and Angular.js, with specific emphasis on their usage in Laravel projects.- In-depth knowledge of APIs such as Twilio, Sendgrid, SalesForce, MarketHub, and Five9, and hands-on experience integrating it into PHP Laravel applications.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into practical solutions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization.- Experience with cloud platforms.Why work for us?It would be a Challenging, grounds up a promising circumstance for you.
