Description:
Job Description- Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably within the software industry.- Proven ability to create clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation.- Strong understanding of software development concepts and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).- Experience with content authoring tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.- Experience with user research methodologies is a plus.- Experience leading and mentoring junior technical writers (a plus).
