Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team and play a crucial role in developing and maintaining software solutions that empower healthcare providers and improve patient care.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement medical software applications according to healthcare industry standards and best practices (e. g. , HIPAA compliance)- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements- Utilize your programming expertise to build secure, reliable, and user-friendly software solutions- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure software quality and functionality- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in medical technology and healthcare IT- Document software design, code, and processes for maintainability and future developmentQualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)- Minimum 1+ years of experience in software development- Strong understanding of software development principles, object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, and design patterns- Experience with relevant programming languages and technologies (e.g. , Java, Python, C#, web development frameworks)- Familiarity with database management systems (e. g. , SQL)- Working knowledge of healthcare IT regulations and standards (a plus)- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively- A passion for healthcare and a desire to make a positive impactBenefits :- Competitive salary and benefits package- Opportunity to work on meaningful projects that contribute to the advancement of healthcare- Collaborative and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth- Work alongside healthcare professionals and gain valuable industry knowledge- Be at the forefront of innovation in medical technology (ref:hirist.tech)
