Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Go code following best practices and coding standards. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA engineers) to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and ship new features. - Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that is easy for others to understand and modify. - Identify and address performance bottlenecks within the codebase, optimizing for efficiency and scalability. - Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and participate in debugging and troubleshooting issues. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Go libraries, frameworks, and best practices. - Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies and tools to improve development processes and team efficiency. - Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and functionality. Qualifications :- 3-10 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Golang. - Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using Go. - In-depth understanding of Go concurrency, channels, and goroutines. - Experience with building APIs and working with web frameworks (e.g., Gin, Echo) (a plus). - Experience with testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Go testing framework) (a plus). - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) (a plus). - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines (a plus). - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
