Role : Senior ServiceNow Developer Exp : 3 - 8 Years Location : Hyderabad Interview Mode : F2F Skills : ITSM , Third Party Integration Role : 6 Months (Remote) Contract to Hire (Office).- Demonstrated competence in development of the base ServiceNow platform as well as multiple modules.- Understanding of scoped applications, how and when to utilize them, how to develop and deploy.- Active listening skills, respecting others' point of view and takes ownership of contributing the required input while demonstrating strong communication skills ( written, interpersonal, and presentational).- CSA and CIS ITSM certifications current or within 6 months of hire- Experience with Agile methods of software development and delivery.- Minimum of two additional CIS certifications current or within one year of hire.- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing assistance in solving business processes and/or technical problems.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, SSL, SAML/SSO and other such technologies- Proven history of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.- Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as necessary- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to relay technical information to a nontechnical audience and effectively interact with all stakeholders including senior leadership.- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
