About the Role :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RPA Developer to join our team and play a critical role in automating repetitive tasks and processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools. You will leverage your expertise in UiPath, Power Automate, or .NET Framework to design, develop, implement, and maintain robust and efficient RPA solutions that improve operational efficiency and accuracy.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using your preferred RPA tool (UiPath, Power Automate) to automate manual and repetitive tasks across various applications.- Utilize screen scraping, data manipulation, and process integration techniques to build effective RPA workflows.- Develop reusable RPA components and libraries to promote code maintainability and scalability.- Integrate RPA solutions with existing enterprise systems and databases using APIs or other methods.- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability.- Deploy and maintain RPA solutions in production environments, monitoring performance and addressing any issues.- Participate in the entire RPA development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and ongoing support.- Document RPA workflows and processes for future reference and knowledge transfer.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in RPA tools and technologies.- Collaborate effectively with business process owners, IT teams, and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and ensure successful solution implementation.Skills and Experience :- 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on automation using RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate preferred).- In-depth knowledge of RPA concepts, methodologies, and best practices.- Expertise in building robust and scalable RPA workflows with exception handling capabilities.- Experience with data manipulation techniques and tools (e.g., Excel, databases).- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for connecting RPA solutions with other systems.- Understanding of .NET Framework for developing custom RPA components (if applicable).- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
