Salary INR 14 - 19 LPAWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python, Django, and MongoDB, with a proven track record of building scalable and robust applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications, ensuring their performance, security, and responsiveness.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using Python and Django.- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with various third-party services.- Implement data storage solutions using MongoDB.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are cutting-edge.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Python development.- Strong experience with Django web framework.- Proficient in MongoDB and database design.- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.- Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
