Title : MERN Stack Developer Experience Range : 2 - 6 yearsNotice Period : 30 days or less than Location : ChennaiWork Mode : Work From Office (WFO)Job Description :Skills Must Have :- Full Stack Development: Proven experience in building and managing both front-end and back-end applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across the entire stack.- React: Strong proficiency in React, with a deep understanding of state management, component lifecycle, and hooks to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces.- Node.js: Extensive knowledge of Node.js for server-side development, including experience with Express or similar frameworks to build robust and scalable APIs.- TypeScript: Expertise in TypeScript for developing type-safe JavaScript applications, enhancing code quality and maintainability.- MongoDB: Solid experience with MongoDB, including designing schemas, writing efficient queries, and optimizing database performance.Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain all layers of existing or new products, ensuring seamless end-to-end feature implementation.- Design and build both generic and custom solutions for Proof of Concepts (PoCs).- Manage the packaging, deployment, support, and maintenance of products in production, development, and test environments.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate requirements into robust, scalable solutions.- Continuously improve the application by identifying and fixing bugs, enhancing performance, and ensuring security best practices.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.Skills - Good to Have :- Docker : Familiarity with Docker for containerizing applications, enabling consistent and reproducible environments across different stages of development and deployment.- Node-RED : Knowledge of Node-RED for wiring together hardware devices, APIs, and online services in new and interesting ways.- DevOps - CI/CD : Understanding of DevOps practices and experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing, building, and deployment processes.- Cloud Deployment, Architecture, and Technologies : Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) for deploying, managing, and scaling applications, along with a solid understanding of cloud architecture and best practices.
