Description:
Job Description :Responsibilities :- Manage SAP systems (ERP, BW, CRM, etc.) including installation, upgrades, patches, and system refresh activities.- Perform SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and availability.- Configure and maintain SAP security and authorizations.- Implement SAP system landscape changes and transport management (STMS).- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support SAP applications and resolve system-related issues.- Plan and execute SAP system migrations and system copies as required.- Support SAP upgrade projects and ensure compatibility of new releases with existing systems.- Create and maintain documentation for SAP Basis procedures, standards, and configurations.- Provide on-call support and participate in the resolution of critical production issues.- Stay updated with SAP Basis best practices, new features, and industry trends.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).- Proven experience as an SAP Basis Consultant or Administrator.- Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver architecture, SAP HANA, and SAP Basis fundamentals.- Experience with SAP installations, upgrades, EHP updates, and applying Support Packages.- Proficiency in SAP system monitoring tools and performance tuning.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP technical issues effectively.- Knowledge of SAP security concepts, user administration, and role management.- Experience with SAP Solution Manager for system monitoring and maintenance.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
