Job Description : - Proficient in Pega development as well as multiple design techniques, having PEGA 6.x, 8.4 & above exposure (as they will be part of PEGA migration)- Working proficiency in Pega toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common frameworks- Working proficiency in a portion of software engineering disciplines and demonstrates understanding of overall software skills including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of Software- CSA or CSSA certification is a must- Good to have Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, application resiliency and security- Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages- Ability to work in small, collaborative, agile teams to achieve organizational goals- Passionate about building an innovative culture- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages- Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement- Hands-on Pega coding, implementing and upgrading experience- Smart Investigate experience / Pega rules process commander / PRPC- Business Process Management- Oracle PL/SQL database experience preferred but not required- Any wholesale payments would be preferred but not required (ref:hirist.tech)
