Job Description:We are seeking an experienced SAP CO (SAP Controlling) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Controlling, with 7-10 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP CO modules. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes, cost accounting, and business operations, along with the ability to provide strategic solutions to enhance business performance.Key Responsibilities:Implementation & Configuration:- Design, configure, and implement SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC), and Internal Orders.- Customize SAP CO modules to align with business requirements and processes.Business Process Analysis:- Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improvements.- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.System Integration:- Ensure seamless integration of SAP CO with other SAP modules (FI, MM, SD) and external systems.- Manage data migration and interface development.Support & Maintenance:- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP CO module.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CO functionalities.Training & Documentation:- Develop and deliver training materials for end-users.- Prepare detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.Project Management:- Lead or participate in SAP CO projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.- 7-10 years of experience in SAP CO implementation and support.- Strong knowledge of SAP CO modules and integration with other SAP modules.- Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- SAP certification in CO module is preferred.Preferred Skills:- Experience in SAP S/4HANA.- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and other SAP UI technologies.- Knowledge of SAP BW/BI for reporting purposes (ref:hirist.tech)
