We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team.If you are passionate about BI developing, have a strong BI skill set, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Experience : Minimum 1+ yearsQualification : BTech/BE/BCS/BCAJob Location : Pune (Balewadi) - WFO onlyKey Responsibilities :1 Develop, implement, and maintain BI solutions using various BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView.2 Conduct ETL processes and manage data modelling and warehousing tasks.3 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into BI solutions.4 Work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy and integrity.5 Present complex data in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical stakeholders.6 Participate in end-to-end BI project delivery, from initial planning to final deployment and maintenance.Qualifications :1 Minimum of 1+ years' of experience in a BI Developer role or similar.2 Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with other database technologies.3 Experience with ETL processes and data modelling.4 Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python or R.6 Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence concepts.7 Experience working with large datasets and delivering end-to-end BI projects.8 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into business insights.9 Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders (ref:hirist.tech)
