Only candidates ok with Night shift (8:30 PM to 4:30 PM) will be taken forward. Job Description :- An experienced Developer and RPA Support Engineer with :- Experience in Ui Path solution management.- Strong understanding of RPA technologies.- Excellent communication skills. Experience: 8-10 years.Role : RPA L2 Support Engineer + Developer. Desired Candidate Profile.- Must have delivered RPA solution using Ui Path.- Must have aptitude for solution design and development.- Must have work experience in Document Understanding and Communication Mining.- Should be ready to work as per client shifts( especially later hours in IST).- Open to travel onsite as per project requirements. Key Responsibilities / Functions / Role :- Understand solution design document and accordingly create low level design documents.- Provide technical inputs and best practices to team in sync with requirements.- Deliver projects within project constraints and quality on global delivery models with timely reviews and feedback.- To consistently meet or exceed performance parameters.- Understand the problem and create solution design for Short-term and long-term.- Monitor the Bots and ensure immediate action and transparent communication are provided.- Should be able to work on UiPath DU and knowledge about Communication Mining.- Task planning and monitoring to manage RPA solution delivery with resource optimization.- Should have strong communication skills.
