Analyze user behavior, trends, and market data to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.- User Empathy : Develop a deep understanding of our users and their pain points. Advocate for user needs and ensure that the products we build address their concerns and desires effectively.- Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication, alignment, and successful product development. Collaborate with various stakeholders to prioritize and implement product features.- User Experience & Journeys : Lead the enhancement of user experiences by creating seamless and intuitive user journeys. Focus on improving product usability and overall customer satisfaction.- User Research : Plan, execute, and analyze user research to gather insights that inform product development. Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to validate product hypotheses and iterate on designs.- Impatience to Make Impact : Have a strong sense of urgency and a proactive attitude towards delivering results. Continuously seek opportunities to make a meaningful impact on our product and business.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in a related field- Proven experience in product management with a track record of successfully delivering products to market.- Proficiency in using analytics and data tools to draw actionable insights.- Experience in user-centered design and usability testing is a plus- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize effectivelyAdditional Information :Eloelo is an equal opportunity employer.
