Introduction :We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic IT team. This position offers the opportunity to lead and contribute to the design, development, customization, and integration efforts of Salesforce applications. If you have a proven track record of success in Salesforce development and architecture, along with strong leadership abilities, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities :- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and drive key business decisions.- Customize and configure Salesforce features including but not limited to: profiles, roles, permissions sets, workflows, process builder, reports, dashboards, and object relationships.- Develop custom applications using Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and other technologies as needed.- Architect and manage Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and provide estimates for Salesforce projects.- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and leadership on best practices for Salesforce development and customization.- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain high-quality development practices.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.- 8-10 years of hands-on experience developing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including customization, configuration, and integrations.- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.- Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that span multiple modules and business units.- Expertise in Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities.- Experience with Salesforce DX, source-driven development, and version control systems (e., Git).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.- Ability to lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Platform Developer II, Certified Application Architect, or Certified System Architect preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
