About the Role :We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BODS Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in delivering successful data migration projects for our clients. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of SAP BO Data Services (BODS) and Business Application Programming Interfaces (BAPIs) to design, develop, and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using SAP BODS for data migration projects - Utilize BAPIs to extract and load data from various SAP systems - Possess a strong understanding of SAP Data Mapping techniques - Experience with other SAP data migration tools like LSMW, IDOC, and WinShuttle is a plus - Deep knowledge of SAP master data structures, including Material Master, Customer Master, and Vendor Master - Proven experience handling multiple address scenarios, data cleansing, and address validation for vendors and customers - Expert understanding of SAP data structures, including tables, account groups, partner functions, inventory datasets, and transaction data - Experience in data quality improvement methods like correcting misspellings/typos, deduplication (merge/purge), and data enrichment - Utilize MS Excel formulas and functions effectively, including VLOOKUP Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Minimum 8 years of experience working as an SAP BODS consultant - Proven track record of successfully delivering data migration projects using SAP BODS and BAPIs - In-depth knowledge of ETL processes and data integration concepts - Strong understanding of SAP data structures and functionalities - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (ref:hirist.tech)
