Job Title : Project Manager/Technical Delivery LeaderExperience : Minimum 10 years in Project ManagementJob Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Technical Delivery Leader to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery from client requirement gathering to successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project management, ERP implementation, data migration, and stakeholder management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.Responsibilities :Project Management and Leadership :- Lead, manage, and coordinate project teams to ensure project success- Define clear project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and budgets- Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely and successful deliveryFinancial and Resource Management :- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints- Forecast and manage resources efficiently to meet project objectives- Track and control project costs, providing regular financial updates to stakeholdersReporting and Communication :- Create, track, and publish comprehensive project reports, including status updates, open items, change logs, and risk logs- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing consistent updates on strategy adjustments and project progress- Translate customer requirements into actionable delivery instructions, procedures, and agreementsTechnical Delivery :- Develop and implement KPI measurement and reporting frameworks- Oversee ERP implementation projects, ensuring successful data migration and system integration- Create visualizations and charts to depict project reports and data insights- Structure and catalog information, creating and maintaining an effective information management frameworkStakeholder and Vendor Management :- Issue guidance and standardizations for stakeholders to ensure project alignment and compliance- Onboard and manage vendors, ensuring clear communication of expected deliverables and performance standards- Address and resolve escalations with urgency and determination, maintaining strong client relationshipsCrisis and Risk Management :- Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies- Manage crises effectively, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and outcomesIT Startup Experience :- Leverage experience in IT startups to understand and address unique project requirements and challenges- Apply innovative solutions and agile methodologies to enhance project deliveryQualifications & Skills :- Minimum of 10+ years of project management experience in the IT sector- Proven experience managing web and mobile application projects from inception to completion- Exceptional communication skills with experience handling international clients (e.g., US, UK)- Demonstrated ability to complete projects according to scope, budget, and timeline- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Basecamp, Asana, Trello)- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly resourceful, and organized- Ability to make informed decisions based on accurate information- Team player with strong team-building skills- Self-managing with a high level of accountability for project development and delivery- Preferred certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM)- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (ref:hirist.tech)
