Job Description :We are currently seeking a talented Android Developer Lead to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Android development, as well as leadership abilities to guide and mentor junior developers in the team.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Android applications.- Mentor and guide junior developers in the team, providing technical leadership and support.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.- Develop and maintain Android applications, ensuring code quality, performance, and security.- Stay updated with the latest Android technologies and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning sessions.- Provide technical guidance and recommendations for improving development processes and methodologies.- Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver features on time and within budget.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Android development.- Strong proficiency in Java programming language.- Experience with Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) development.- Knowledge of Automotive or Embedded Development is preferred.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits :- Competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications.- Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the organization.- Dynamic and collaborative work environment.- Employee benefits and perks.
