We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our growing development team. You will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the development of complex web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). You will leverage your in-depth technical expertise and strong leadership skills to mentor junior developers, define technical architecture, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality and scalable software solutions.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement complex user interfaces and features using React.js and related libraries.- Architect and develop robust, efficient, and maintainable APIs using Node.js and Express.js.- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure databases using MongoDB.- Champion DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) of web applications.- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code adhering to best practices.- Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a collaborative learning environment.- Participate in code reviews and set high standards for code quality within the team.- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into exceptional user experiences.- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing of web applications.- Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues across the entire MERN stack.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in MERN stack technologies, DevOps practices, and web development trends.- Lead technical discussions and contribute to the definition of the development team's architecture and roadmap.- Participate in the recruitment and evaluation of potential new team members.Technical Skills (Required) :- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's- 8-10 years of experience in full-stack web development with a strong focus on the MERN stack (React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB).- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end development practices (HTML, CSS, preprocessors).- Extensive experience in building highly reusable, maintainable, and performant React components and applications.- In-depth understanding of Node.js concepts, asynchronous programming patterns, and design patterns.- Proven experience in building and deploying secure and scalable RESTful APIs using Express.js.- Solid knowledge of MongoDB data modeling, querying (MQL), and optimization techniques.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for web application deployment (a plus).- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) (a plus).- Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines).- Proficiency in at least one scripting language like Python for scripting and automation tasks.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.- Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively (ref:hirist.tech)
