Position Overview :The MEAN Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications using the MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) stack. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of hands-on experience with MEAN stack development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle and mentor small teams.Key Responsibilities :Full-Stack Development :- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MEAN stack.- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code in JavaScript, Node.js, Angular (8 and above), and Express.js.- Develop front-end components using Angular and ensure seamless integration with back-end services.SDLC Phases :- Participate in various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Team Collaboration and Mentoring :- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.- Handle small teams and mentor junior developers to create robust and efficient applications.- Provide technical guidance and code reviews to maintain high code quality.Integration and Enterprise Projects :- Work on enterprise projects that involve integration between multiple modules and front-end applications.- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between different system components.- Ensure that the applications are scalable, secure, and performant.Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills :- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.- Apply logical and analytical thinking to optimize application performance and user experience.Continuous Improvement :- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in MEAN stack development.- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them to enhance development efficiency.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methodologies and tools.Qualifications :Education :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience :- 1-5 years of hands-on experience with MEAN stack development.- Strong experience with Node.js and Angular 8 and above.- Experience in various SDLC phases, including analysis, design, and software construction.- Proven experience in handling small teams and mentoring developers.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Angular, Express.js, and MongoDB.- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development using the MEAN stack.- Experience with developing and integrating RESTful APIs.- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.Soft Skills :- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong logical and analytical abilities.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Working Conditions :- Flexible working hours with options for remote work.- Collaborative and dynamic work environment focused on innovation and continuous learning.- Opportunities to work on diverse and challenging projects with leading-edge technologies.Benefits :- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.- Professional development opportunities, including training and certification reimbursement.- Generous vacation and paid time off policies (ref:hirist.tech)
