Job Description :- Design and develop scalable Java applications using Spring Framework and other related technologies. - Architect robust and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements.- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment for innovation and growth.- Code Quality and Best Practices : Write clean, efficient, and testable code. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices in software development.- Integration and API Development : Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services. Ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.- Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and resolven issues related to scalability and reliability.- Documentation and Compliance: Document technical specifications, deployment instructions, and architecture diagrams. Ensure compliance with coding standards, security protocols, and software licensing.Requirements :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development, with expertise in Spring Framework.- Strong knowledge of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).- Proficiency in Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
