Job Description :- Design, develop, and customize Siebel CRM solutions to meet business requirements within the telecom domain.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements, and translate them into technical designs.- Implement and configure Siebel application modules.- Develop and maintain Siebel configuration, scripts, workflows, and integrations using Siebel Tools and other relevant technologies.- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Siebel CRM implementations, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in Siebel CRM and the telecom industry.Skills and Experience:- 7+ years of experience working as a Siebel Developer, with a focus on the telecom domain.- Proficiency in Siebel Tools, including configuration, scripting, workflows, and integration technologies.- Strong understanding of Siebel architecture and data model, with the ability to design scalable and efficient solutions.- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.- Proficiency in Oracle , PL/SQL- Knowledge of telecom industry processes and systems is highly desirable.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Relevant certifications in Siebel CRM and telecom domain are a plus.
