You will help our team architect, design, build and deploy products to our large and dedicated customer base.What You'll Do :- Independently design and implement projects of significant scope.- Determine root cause for complex software issues and develop efficient, maintainable solutions.- Use fundamental skills to solve complex problems outside your immediate area of expertise.- Remain current on new technologies and available vendor packages; evaluate and make recommendations as necessary.- Collaborate with a talented, cross-functional team throughout the development lifecycle.- Help our team continuously improve by bringing ideas to the table, sharing your perspective, and thinking creatively about solutions.- Work closely with other specialists, including engineers, product managers, and designers, to rapidly iterate on product requirements and UX/UI designs, evaluate scope, understand and communicate trade-offs.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR :- 8+ years of professional software development experience.- 5+ years of Windows application development in C# / .NET.- Enthusiastic about working with complex technologies such as image processing, 3Drendering or AI.- Able to define test strategies and methods.- Passion for learning new technologies and expanding capabilities.- Empathy with customers and ability to create a delightful user experience.- Hands-on knowledge of agile development methodologies.- A positive mindset, team-oriented, results-driven, and organized.- Exceptional written and oral communication skillsGOOD TO HAVE :- Bachelor's degree or higher - Computer Science or equivalent field.- Proficiency with PDF specification.- Experience with WPF and WinForms.- Experience working in a CI/CD environment, and related tools/pipelines/processes.- Experience with C++.- Familiarity with AWS.- Familiarity with Rust.- Construction industry experience.WHAT WE OFFER :- A young, dynamic, and innovation-oriented environment - A wide variety of projects within different industries - A very open and informal culture where knowledge sharing, and employee development are key.- Room for personal initiative, development, and growth - Realistic career opportunitie- Competitive package and fringe benefits- Hyderabad (ref:hirist.tech)
