About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated Oracle Fusion Procurement & Supply Chain Management Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients implement, support, and optimize their Oracle Fusion procurement and supply chain management solutions.Responsibilities :- Provide implementation, support, and training for Oracle Fusion Procurement, Procurement for Self Service, Product Management, Order Management, and Supply Chain Execution (Inventory) modules.- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific business requirements and pain points.- Translate business needs into comprehensive and effective Oracle Fusion solutions.- Design, configure, and customize Oracle Fusion modules to meet client needs.- Implement new functionalities and participate in the entire lifecycle of development projects.- Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to clients.- Collaborate with development teams to provide functional input for testing and implementation.- Stay up-to-date on the latest features and functionalities of Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain Management modules.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)- Minimum 4+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Supply Chain Execution modules.- Proven experience in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain Management solutions.- In-depth understanding of procurement, inventory management, order management, and supply chain execution best practices.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.- Experience in documenting procedures and processes.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment (ref:hirist.tech)
