Job Title : Functional SME - SAP S/4 HANA MM ConsultantJob Overview :We are seeking an experienced consultant with 8 to 15 years of SAP experience to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP S/4 HANA MM. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Material Management processes and 4 to 5 years of domain experience.Key Responsibilities :- Serve as an SAP functional SME for SAP S/4 HANA MM, owning end-to-end responsibility of the respective track.- Lead and participate in SAP transformation deals with a global scope, working closely with Architects.- Support pre-sales activities as needed.- Interact with customers to understand their requirements and propose appropriate solutions and methodologies.- Support and guide solutions and offerings in the Capability (COE).- Provide expert support to various projects and delivery engagements.Primary Skills :- Extensive experience in SAP MM, with excellent knowledge of S/4HANA Procurement of Materials (Direct & Indirect) & Services, Inventory Management, Special Procurement Process, Invoicing, and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).- Proven experience in designing and implementing SAP Procure to Pay processes (Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory, Invoicing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Stock Transport Orders) in SAP S/4HANA.- SAP consulting experience, including customer-facing implementations, rollouts, and expert advisory assignments in an S/4HANA environment.- Ability to lead a team of consultants and ensure solution delivery without escalations.- Experience in managing customer workshops, scope, and expectations.- Strong understanding of the functional integration aspects with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems.- Graduate (BCA, B-Tech, BE, BSc Computers) with a good understanding of business processes obtained during previous stints with established corporates/industries/consulting firms.Secondary Skills :- SAP S/4HANA Certification(s) in core areas preferred.- Experience in a multi-cultural, multi-location distributed global delivery setup.- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.- Strong capabilities and experience in people management and stakeholder management.- Industry knowledge/sector know-how in manufacturing, retail, CPG, life sciences, or oil & gas is a plus.
