We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and management, with a specific focus on automation, customizations, and data integration. If you are passionate about leveraging Salesforce to meet business needs and have a background in the SaaS industry, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Salesforce Development and Management:- Develop and manage Salesforce applications using flows, APEX classes, and automations.- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, and layouts to meet business requirements.- Implement and manage custom workflows, validation rules, and process automations.Business Solution Implementation:- Quickly learn and understand business requirements to navigate and implement appropriate Salesforce solutions.- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop solutions that improve business processes and efficiencies.Data Analysis and Integration:- Perform data analysis using Excel, leveraging functions like lookup, match, and others to manipulate and analyze data.- Transition data from Excel to Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and making necessary customizations in Salesforce objects and layouts.Continuous Improvement:- Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates and industry best practices.- Continuously improve and optimize Salesforce processes and 5-9 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.- Proven experience in end-to-end Salesforce management, including flows, APEX classes, automations, custom fields, and layouts.- Experience working in the SaaS industry is preferred.Technical Skills:- Proficiency in Salesforce development and customization.- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and best practices.- Advanced Excel skills, including the use of lookup, match, and other functions for data analysis.- Experience with data migration and integration between Excel and Salesforce.Soft Skills:- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Remote work flexibility.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
