Job Description :Role : AI/ML/GenAI EngineerJob Overview :Experience : 2-5 YearsNotice Period : Immediate Joiners only (max 2 weeks)Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon- Hybrid workEmployment Type : Contract BasisWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML/GenAI Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience and a strong background in AI, ML, GenAI, and Python. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining AI/ML solutions to drive our projects forward. This role requires immediate joiners who can start within two weeks.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and deploy AI and ML models to solve complex business problems.- Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms for various applications.AI/ML Development :GenAI Implementation :- Work on Generative AI models, fine-tuning, and deploying them as per project requirements.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI and apply them to projects.Python Programming :- Develop efficient and scalable code in Python.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Data Handling :- Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation for machine learning models.- Work with large datasets and ensure data integrity and quality.Model Evaluation :- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and techniques.- Continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency.Collaboration :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and insights.Technical Skills :- Strong proficiency in Python programming.- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.- Hands-on experience with Generative AI models.- Knowledge of data preprocessing and data wrangling techniques.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.Analytical Skills :- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to derive actionable insights.Soft Skills :- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML and Python development.
