Key Responsibilities : Solution Design and Architecture : - Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Cloud Financial solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.- Develop comprehensive solution architectures for financial processes, encompassing AP, AR, GL, and CM.- Ensure integration with other Oracle Cloud modules and third-party systems.Implementation and Deployment : - Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Financial solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and configuration of financial modules.- Lead data migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Functional Expertise and Consultation : - Provide expert-level functional guidance on Oracle Cloud Financials, leveraging in-depth knowledge of AP, AR, GL, and CM.- Advise stakeholders on best practices and process improvements.- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and team members.Project Management : - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.- Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.Support and Maintenance : - Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.- Monitor system performance and suggest enhancements.- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud Financial features and updates.Qualifications : - Minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials, with a strong focus on AP, AR, GL, and CM.- Proven track record as a Solution Architect in Oracle Financial implementations.- In-depth knowledge of financial processes and best practices.- Strong project management skills, with experience leading large-scale implementations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.- Proficiency in data migration, integration, and customization within Oracle Cloud Financials.- Relevant certifications in Oracle Financials (e.g Oracle Financials Cloud : General Ledger 2021 Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.Preferred Skills : - Experience with additional Oracle Cloud modules such as Procurement, Fixed Assets, and Financial Consolidation.- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in financial operations.- Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
