Technical Leadership : - Provide technical leadership to development squads, guiding them in design, reusability, performance, and best practices implementation. - Review technical deliverables of the team and provide coaching on best practices and efficient coding techniques. - Ensure code quality through rigorous unit testing, thorough code reviews, and the adoption of automated testing frameworks. Performance and Scalability : - Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems. - Implement strategies to ensure the application meets high-performance standards and can handle large-scale user interactions efficiently. - Perform thorough debugging and root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly. Collaboration and Communication : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, backend developers, and other stakeholders, to deliver end-to-end solutions. - Facilitate clear and effective communication within the development team and across departments to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Continuous Improvement : - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes and methodologies. - Advocate for and implement best practices in software development to enhance productivity and code quality.
