About the Role : We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager (Technical) to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to development and launch. You will leverage your technical expertise and product management acumen to champion innovative technical products that solve real user problems.Responsibilities : - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify technical product opportunities.- Collaborate with technical teams (engineering, designers) to understand technical feasibility and limitations.- Develop a deep understanding of the target audience and their needs in the technical domain.- Define clear product vision, roadmap, and user stories that align with business objectives and technical capabilities.- Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly product features and functionalities.- Manage the product development lifecycle, including backlog prioritization, release planning, and go-to-market strategies.- Own the product roadmap and ensure alignment with overall company goals.- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop effective product launch strategies.- Track and analyze product usage data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.- Advocate for user needs during product development and ensure a positive user experience.- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements relevant to your product domain.Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Minimum 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products.- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technical products.- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Strategic thinking and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to product decision-making.- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Passion for user experience (UX) and a focus on creating user-centric products.- In-depth knowledge of at least one major technical domain relevant to the company's products (e.g Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity).- Experience with product management tools and methodologies (e.user story mapping, product backlog management) (ref:hirist.tech)
