With our help,customers in traditional industries move material to their customers with full visibility, predictability and speed, all at a lower cost.About the RoleLocation : BangaloreAbout the Role :The role would be reporting to Senior Manager - Engineering and is based in Bengaluru/Gurgaon Over a period of 2 years, based on the performance, the person can be expected to grow into a Senior Manager role at Freight Tiger.Key responsibilities :- Be responsible for the development and testing of product initiatives and feature development.- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software.Preferred qualifications :- B.in Computer Science / MCA.- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.- Programming experience in Java and Javascript languages (Node JS).- PHP experience is a plus.- Experience with SQL and NoSQL database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB etc, is a plus.- Familiarity with version control (Git) and bug tracking system (Jira).- CI/CD (argo) is a plus.- Familiarity with async workflows and messaging queues such as RabbitMq, Kafka etc and familiaritywith monitoring tools (grafana alerts) and APM (newrelic) is a plus.- Familiarity with the AWS cloud platform is a plus.- Must be open to experimenting with new technologies & enjoy working in a fast-paced start-up environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (ref:hirist.tech)
