Description:

Role & Responsbility :BE, B.Tech/ME, M.Tech in Computer Science with 5/10 yr experience or MS in Computer Science with 5/8 yr experiencePrior experience of programming, preferably in Go or Python and Any Database testing.Have a high bar for the quality of the product.Creative, independent, self-motivated and willing to learn new technology.Possess a good understanding of QA methodologies and processes.Ability to take up a variety of roles in a startup environment.Good knowledge of Linux and should be comfortable with shell.Knowledge of one or more Hypervisors - ESXi, HyperV, KVM.Experience with distributed systems (databases, storage, map-reduce frameworks, etc.) is a plus.Strong test planning ability is a big plus.Domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Data Protection, Filesystem, Cloud, SaaS, PlatformTECHNICAL SKILLS : Strong understanding of Software quality testing and Software development cycle Proficient in Python as an Object-Oriented programming language and community standards for Python programming. Hands-on experience in building test suites and test scripts using Python. Good experience in Pytest framework. Experience with working and building automation frameworks. Hands on experience in automation framework development and Automation tool development. Experience identifying gaps in the requirements or testing processes and able to generate solutions for continuous improvement.Experience working with product owners and developers to define user stories.Good to have experience in - Storage / VMware/ Linux/ Networking/ Cloud (ref:hirist.tech)
