About the Role : We are looking for a lead backend engineer with a strong understanding of Java, microservices, and distributed systems. You should be self-motivated and should be able to lead a small team. We value developers who are eager to take on challenging tasks, can iterate quickly and incorporate feedback while ensuring the code quality is not sacrificed at any cost. Role Responsibilities :- You would design and build highly scalable & available back-end system.- Hire, mentor, and develop engineers to create high-performing team.- Motivating the team and members to achieve and do more.
