Job Description :Key Responsibilities : - Deploy and configure Zscaler modules including Client Connectors, Branch Connectors, and Virtual Service Edge (VSE) to meet organizational security requirements.- Configure and maintain Proxy Auto-Configuration (PAC) files, authentication protocols (e. , SAML), and application policies (e., app profile) within Zscaler platforms.- Develop and enforce security policies across Zscaler platforms to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.- Monitor and analyze security events, and conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate potential security risks.- Demonstrate strong knowledge of networking concepts such as routing, switching, and TCP/IP protocols.- Troubleshoot network issues related to Zscaler deployments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.- Provide technical guidance and support to customers regarding Zscaler implementations, configurations, and troubleshooting.- Collaborate with customer teams to understand their security requirements and recommend best practices for Zscaler deployments.- Proven experience with Zscaler cloud security solutions (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) and modules.- Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols (Routing, Switching, TCP/IP).- Experience in configuring and managing Proxy Auto-Configuration (PAC) files and authentication protocols (SAML).- Familiarity with security policies, application profiling, and traffic redirection within Zscaler platforms.- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues related to Zscaler deployments.- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with clients.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.- Zscaler certifications (e., Zscaler Certified Administrator (ZCCA)) preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
