Job Title : Java Tech LeadLocation : RemotePosition : Full TimeRequired Experience : 8+ Years.Timings : 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM ISTJob Description (Job Summary/Roles & Responsibilities):- Lead a team of developers in the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions using Java, Angular, and MySQL.- Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and design patterns to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and performant solutions that meet business requirements and align with the overall technical roadmap.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to define project requirements and deliverables.- Mentor and coach team members, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and feedback to foster their professional growth and development.- Take ownership of technical initiatives, lead technical discussions, and make informed decisions on technology selection and architecture.- Perform hands-on coding and troubleshooting as needed to support the team and deliver project milestones.- Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in Java, Angular, MySQL, and related technologies, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.Mandatory Skills : - 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong focus on Enterprise Java, Angular, and MySQL.- Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.- Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.- Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, and related technologies.- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms is a plus.- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
