We are seeking a detail-oriented ETL Tester with SQL expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL processes, data warehousing, and SQL scripting. This role involves validating data integrity, accuracy, and performance of ETL processes to ensure smooth data flow from source to destination systems. Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 4+ years of experience in ETL testing and automation.- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data flows, and data transformation.- Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.- Hands-on experience with ETL automation tools like Informatica PowerCenter or IBM DataStage.- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or Shell scripting.- Experience with version control tools like Git.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for ETL jobs. Analyze data lineage and transformation logic within ETL processes. - Write efficient SQL queries to verify data integrity, accuracy, and completeness. - Utilize ETL automation tools (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter, IBM DataStage) to streamline testing. - Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve data quality issues. - Document test results and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. - Champion data quality best practices within the team.
