Job Description :- Salesforce Development : Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.- Integration : Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.- Customization : Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects.- Data Management : Manage and manipulate data within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and implementing data migration strategies.- User Support : Provide technical support to Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.- Automation : Implement automation solutions using Salesforce automation tools, such as Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.- Security : Ensure Salesforce security settings are configured correctly, including user permissions, roles, and profiles.- Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions, including design specifications and user guides.- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.- Best Practices : Stay updated with the latest Salesforce best practices, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes.- Salesforce Ecosystem : Utilize AppExchange apps and other third-party solutions to enhance Salesforce functionality and business processes.- Training : Train and mentor junior Salesforce developers and administrators within the team.- Continuous Improvement : Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of code quality and performance.Preferred Qualifications :- Salesforce Certified Developer (Platform Developer I/II)- Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD tools- Strong understanding of SaaS-based solutions and industry trends- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Strong communication and collaboration skills (ref:hirist.tech)
