The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.As a technical project manager your key responsibilities would be :- Plan, execute, and manage technical projects from initiation to closure using project management best practices.- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure project success.- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.- Monitor and report project progress, including milestone achievements, budget variance, and project risks, to stakeholders and senior management.- Ensure project quality standards are met by conducting regular reviews and testing.- Manage change requests and maintain project documentation, including project charter, project plan, meeting minutes, and status reports.- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer requirements.- Manage project team performance by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and coaching team members as needed.- Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.- Hands-on/Good exposer to Java application projects, MEAN/MERN stack. Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven experience as a technical project manager in a software development or IT environment.- Demonstrated experience managing large and complex technical projects.- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile, would be an added bonus.- Experience in project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello, is preferred.- Experience in software development, system integration, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
