Key Responsibilities :Software Development :- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.- Write clean, scalable code using .Net programming languages.Technical Leadership :- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.- Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.System Design :- Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure applications.- Implement design patterns and best practices in software development.Collaboration :- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement application features.Performance Optimization :- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.- Implement multithreading and performance enhancement techniques.Code Review and Quality Assurance:- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.- Debug and troubleshoot issues to maintain application performance and reliability.Project Management:- Manage project timelines and deliverables.- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Relevant certifications in .Net development or related areas are a plus.Skills and Competencies :- Proficiency in C#, .Net Core, and Angular.- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOPS) concepts.- Experience with designing patterns and multithreading concepts.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven experience in handling and leading a development team.Preferred Experience :- Experience in leading complex software projects.- Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
