This is a remote positionEssential Duties & Responsibilities :- Design and implement solutions based on Architectural best practices and the AWS Well-Architected Framework.- Provide guidance on AWS Cloud infrastructure offerings to internal development teams.- Ensure solutions are cost-efficient, fault-tolerant, and scalable.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate .NET applications with AWS services.- Stay current with healthcare industry regulations and ensure compliance in all architectural solutions.- Lead the discovery and implementation of new technologies to enhance the performance and reliability of the healthcare platform.Additional Responsibilities :- Develop strategic plans for cloud-based solutions, considering security and privacy of patient data.- Work closely with the security team to ensure that all solutions adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and development teams.- Evaluate and recommend new cloud services and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the platform.Education and Experience :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Platform Architect in the healthcare industry.- Strong knowledge of AWS services and the .NET framework.- Experience with Agile development methodologies.- Certifications in AWS architecture or similar cloud technologies are highly desirable.Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities :- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to lead and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using AWS services.- Strong understanding of the .NET framework and the ability to apply architectural best practice (ref:hirist.tech)
