Job Description :What are we looking for in a candidate?- Proven experience of 3-5 years of administering/deploying/operating solutions built on AWS (Amazon Web Services)- Ability to secure cloud applications and data against theft, loss, or other disasters.- Thorough understanding of the following : server administration concepts, networking and application concepts, troubleshooting and problem solving.- Experience in scripting (Python, BASH, PowerShell, etc.) and building required automation using standard technologies.- Must have knowledge/experience with the following AWS technologies : VPC, EC2, EBS, S3, Network (ENA, IGW, DXGW, TGW, DNS, etc. ), ALB, IAM, Billing, Monitoring/CloudWatch, Automation/Cloud Formation, RDS, Organizations, API Gateway, Lambda, Control Tower- Monitor AWS infrastructure: Ensure optimal performance by monitoring metrics and setting alarms using AWS CloudWatch.- Manage resource provisioning: Deploy, manage, and scale AWS resources using automation tools like AWS CloudFormation.- Ensure security compliance : Implement and manage security policies and controls to meet compliance requirements.- Troubleshoot issues : Identify and resolve infrastructure issues and provide technical support for AWS related incidents.- Optimize costs : Analyse and recommend cost-saving strategies to optimize AWS spending.- Perform backups and disaster recovery operations : Implement and test backup procedures and disaster recovery plans.- AWS SysOps Admin associate certification required or equivalent work experience.- Collaborate with development teams: Work with developers and other IT staff to oversee code releases and deployments on AWS environments.- Stay updated with AWS services: Continuously learn and apply new AWS features and services to improve infrastructure and processes.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.What will a candidate be doing with us?- Responsible for Day-to-Day Administration, Management, Monitoring, and System Lifecycle Management of AWS Full Stack of Infrastructure Solutions- Design, implement, test, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux based server infrastructures and application systems.- Monitors, diagnoses, and resolves complex problems and performs analysis in relation to cloud operations in the cloud environment.- Monitor the environment for optimal performance, any issues, and optimizing cost and resources.- Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems.- Performs cloud systems backup and recovery.- Perform maintenance of cloud network and application security- Effectively creates and maintains relevant cloud systems documentation and user guides.What will we provide to the candidate ?- 5 days working.- Flexible working hours- International Exposure (UK projects)- Training and Development Opportunities- Collaborative work environment- Availability to work during UK hours ( 2 pm - 10 pm IST).
